L'émotion continue ...

I've got a lot to be excited about ...

~ Only 93 days until my trip to Paris (3 months and one day).

~ I lost 2 lbs. last week, only 8 more to go to meet my weight loss goal before my trip. Woo-hoo!

~ The gaming on Sorority Life in Paris is magnificent!! With lots of haute couture "glam" to buy with our fake money and bonus points. My Marsha DeLite character bought a cute Can-Can costume. Check it out!
And the gaming events even "teach" a little about the Paris sights - from a Sorority Sister point of view, that is. A bit sophomoric, yes, but fun.

On the downside, I haven't been keeping up with my French movie "fest" activities. The last French-related movie I watched was ...
Have you seen this? I'm fifty ... going on five.
C'est la vie!

Until Paris ...

hi: I think I've been to your blog before, through Armchair Parisian. I was looking at your blogroll and just wanted to suggest one for you to look at: www.delana-dujour.blogspot.com Delana is a new "friend": an American living in Aix! Her blog is delightful, funny, poignant and wonderful.
Where do you live in Pa? Or does it say somewhere here? I grew up and spent 20 years outside, and in, Philadelphia!

Awww, the Madeleine movie! I love that one. :) The Sorority Life Paris game stuff cracks me up. :) That looks so fun! I am so glad you are having a good time.

And it is getting *closer*!!

Hope your week continues to go well, Cynthia.

I've since had to quit this obsession of mine with Sorority Life - fun as it was. I am now spending time making music on the keyboards to accompany my man on guitar! : )

From the BBC series on Paris, Blood and Chocolate (Part 2 of 3). Enjoy!

Streets of Paris - I shot this the day I left Paris, on a rainy September morning.
